Welcome to Spartech Impex Private Limited (“Spartech”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spartech website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase through our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform.
• By using the Platform, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.
• If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Conditions of Use (Mandatory)

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
You shall not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Copy, modify, or misuse platform content
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Spartech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these conditions are violated.

3. Account Registration

• Users may be required to create an account to place orders
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Spartech is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence

4. Product Information & Pricing

• Product images are for reference only
• Specifications may change due to manufacturing or technical improvements
• Prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated
• Spartech reserves the right to correct pricing errors without prior notice

5. Orders & Acceptance

• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment
• Spartech may cancel orders due to:
  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Technical issues
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

6. Payments

• Payments are processed via RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
• Spartech does not store card, UPI, or banking details
• In case of failed transactions with successful deduction, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Pan-India delivery is provided via verified logistics partners
• Dispatch timelines: 2–5 working days (subject to product availability)
• Delivery timelines may vary by location
• Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery

8. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the Platform.
Key points:

• Cancellation allowed before dispatch
• Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

9. Warranty & After-Sales Service

• Products are covered under manufacturer or Spartech warranty as specified
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Electrical damage due to incorrect power supply
  • Normal wear and tear
• Service support may include on-site service, service center repair, or video assistance

10. 100% Purchase Protection

Orders placed through the Platform are covered under Spartech’s 100% Purchase Protection Policy, which includes protection against:

• Non-delivery
• Transit damage
• Wrong product delivery
• Manufacturing defects (as per warranty)

11. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery and billing information
• Use products as per instructions and safety guidelines
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, videos, and software, is the property of Spartech or its licensors and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party services. Spartech is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Spartech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased

15. Force Majeure

Spartech shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government actions.

16. Termination

Spartech reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice in case of:

• Violation of Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

18. Changes to Terms

Spartech may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
